Born and bred in the countryside of northern Greece, Fani grew up immersed in a home environment that relied solely on what nature had to offer when it came to food. The finest meat, the freshest vegetables, the richest spices, the juiciest fruit – they all came from the family’s farm.Fani did not leave Greece before she was sure that her mother and her grandmother had passed on to her all their secret tricks on how to cook food that speaks to the heart. In London, Fani is determined to carry on her family’s cooking tradition. With her love for all things natural guiding her every step, she sources her ingredients from some of the UK’s and Greece's best producers and follows her family’s traditional recipes to a T to bring you authentic Greek home cooked food “yiayia” (grandmother) style on an everyday basis.The nature of the business is based on Greek authentic cuisine simulating the Mediterranean diet of a typical Greek household avoiding the stereotypical touristic gimmicks. Fani wants to start a family business in the UK and bring all of her experience of Greek hearty food to the British people.
